Daily Workflow

A simple operating flow for district-level office use.

Step 1

Create users and officers

Create user accounts, assign roles, and link officer records to the correct user accounts with district, office, and designation details.

Step 2

Create tasks or events

Admins or officers create tasks and events, assign staff, set due date/time, choose location, and optionally attach files.

Step 3

Staff submit progress

Staff open assigned tasks, submit progress updates, attach files, and send work for review using the submitted-for-review state.

Step 4

Officer reviews updates

Officers or admins review updates, approve them, mark noted, or send them back as rework required with directions.

Step 5

Monitor reminders and reports

Use dashboard cards, notification bell, CSV export, printable reports, and reminder rules to track upcoming and overdue work.
